I have determined what has happened with him... It took some digging though. It would appear as if the e-mail address he has attached to this board is incorrect, his actual E-Mail is: q_tyuio0 at yahoo dot es, and not .com... He had forgotten his password for the board and couldn't recover it since the E-Mail attached to his profile was invalid, so he sent a message to Per-Scan (I think..?) to post here a bit so the forum wouldn't be deleted until he got his password back and was able to change his options. Bizhat has this policy that any forum on it's site with no activity for a month would get deleted.
The incorrect account would also explain why we couldn't contact him earlier. I will see if I can find him on Facebook and E-Mail his actual address to see what else we can do.
If it all comes down to it, I could possibly host another forum on my webspace, but it would take a little bit of time. And I'm not sure if I am up to buying a license for vBulletin. So I will avoid that option until we see we can't do much else. I still have moderation ability here so we wouldn't be completely screwed if malicious users registered here.

Boy, really wish Per-Scan wasn't so busy at this moment.
Point is people do not worry about the board. From what I've gathered from Per-Scan is that there will be no need for a whole new board to be set up, and this one can still be salvaged. I do not wish to speak out of bounds at the moment, but the way everyone seems to be on the topic of our adminless state I am sure Per-Scan will inform you of what had been going on behind the curtains. I just ask you be patient and wait for him to speak.
I do hope you can find him on those sites Dopefish. In the event that he cannot be found, something CAN be done without needing to set up a whole new board.

Just curious, but what else exactly is there to know behind the curtains other than what I posted..?

So is there a possibility he can still be contacted at least? It would still be nice to have him involved in the community if possible.

| I like this as well - it's certainly more ROTT with the gradient that way. I like the overall simplicity. Maybe my attempt is a little cluttered (old-fashioned?). |
