That's a bit weird. Although when I use XChat 2 it tells me it can't connect and asks if I spelt it right even though I pasted the link in! Chatzilla works flawlessly for me though...
Lawstiker, what are using as your IRC client? |

I just installed the chatzilla plugin for Firefox, and then clicked on this link:
irc://ircnet/ROTT
and it connects and logs me right in.

Thats the exact same thing that happened to me.

I think i'm going to install Firefox again and go with that method since no one seems to be having problems with it.

The good thing is once you've loaded up Chatzilla you can just close Firefox and the IRC still works fine. 
Stathmk seems to be having problems too for some reason. I think I'll write up a step by step tomorrow for everyone. |

I've been connecting to ircnet.eversible.com , which is one of the ircNET servers, it takes about 30 secs to connect, but after that it works fine.

Indeed, with XChat2, try this (If you aren't using the Firefox plugin already):
/server ircnet.eversible.com
/join #ROTT
