These levels are part of an episode i was making way before i discovered this forum but i abandoned that project due to problems and worry (mainly due about people not liking them).

here they are

BUT depending on wether you guys like these levels or not i might resurrect them and try to see if i can but them in my fourth part of my episode

Sorry dude. I've been swamped with loads of ROTT things lately (and that pesky thing that gets in a gamer's way known as Real Life...) but I'll give you some feedback later today. Smile

Me again! Well, I played the first level through and I really liked the atmosphere. This'll sound like hyperbole but I found the atmosphere to be reminiscent of Deus Ex. That dark, lonely thing where you can actually sneak past guards. Nice stuff.

The second level felt more like your usual style. In fact a couple of areas were really similar to one of the maps from The Escape. That's not a bad thing though as it certainly gave me a sense of place (if that makes sense!). And I really liked the use of some of the hazards. I won't say too much so as not to spoil it but there were a couple of times when I walked round a corner and thought "Oh feck! How am I getting through that lot!?"

I haven't quite finished the second level yet but I will do that tomorrow. So far, I have to say I'm enjoying them.

How many levels are there in this? Smile

Pretty much what Per-Scan said about the first level Smile. Sorry I took so long to play this, but the first level is really nice. Has a certain atmosphere to it that makes it awesome Cool

Will get back to you on the others.

I just can't state enough how much I love the first level. It is just a very fabulous level and I really, really enjoyed playing it Smile. Now on the other second level, which was ok, but it had a lot of hallways. Not a bad thing, they just all looked very familiar. Not to the point where it was difficult to navigate though. I did have the damnedest time trying to find a key though. No matter where I looked I could never find a single one of them.

Anyway despite that I must say I really love the amount of detail you put in your maps. The amount of variety is just amazing and makes the levels stand out really well (especially the first level of this). Certainly keep up the good work on this hammer.

PS: Sorry this took so long Embarassed

The first level is pretty special, isn't it? I've played through it a few times. There are a couple of places where you can get stuck and you have to restart the level but apart from that I can't fault it. It's a real atmosphere setter and also an interesting juxtaposition to the second level... Smile
