I'm going to set up a Return of the Triad game tonight at 21:00.
I'm using GZDoom r1124 found here (I've found it to be the most stable):

I'm setting up a 2 player game for myself and Matt but if anyone else wants to join in either post in this thread or use this IRC channel:

As I mentioned before I find Firefox with Chatzilla the easiest way to get on an IRC channel. It's simple with a clear GUI.
Hope to see some of you guys!
PS: I'm going to copypasta this at 3DR as well as ZDoom and Doomworld too.  |

Does the version you've posted for download seem to not have the sync
issues that the svn version I've posted seems to, I'm still trying to figure
out what exactly is causing the sync issues, the exe or the level that's
being played... |

What version exe are you using? Is it Winrott, WinrottGL, or the Svn
version of Gzdoom... |

Me and per-scan just played some DM I used r1133 svn gzdoom, he was
using a older version I think and there were no sync issues at all, so at
least I know it's not my exe... |

Almost forgot, while we were playing I discovered at least 1 good
camping spot and happened to be where per-scan re-spawned later,
I think there should be a couple of rules to keep gameplay fun,
no shooting at your opponent while he's respawning, and you
shouldn't camp, it tends to make the gameplay frustrating for the
other player. Just my 2 cents worth. |
