What do you mostly use for playing ROTT these days? I tend to use ROTT with VDMS. It's stable, has less overheads than DOSBox and I can start a game with a double-click...
So, what about you? Do prefer all the bells and whistles of WinROTT or are a stickler for tradition and have an old DOS PC just for ROTT?!  |

Nice poll idea Per-Scan
Personally i've just been using Winrott lately. It hasn't really given me much trouble for the main game, so I just stuck with that. But once learning Mike's map was being made in mind for the good old DOS version, I've decided to get ROTT set up through DOS box. Meaning i'll likely be changing to playing ROTT through DOSbox now.
Though I do have a few computers sitting around still set up perfectly with DOS, so if I get some time I might boot them up and play ROTT on them one of these days. |

I tend to use the Icculus port, but if it doesn't work. I will use DOSBox.
