WinRott - Save/Restore Troubles

I already installed WinRott, it runs great, but if i try to save a game, it seems to be working. But if i try to restore the game, it looks like i am in the saved game, but i cannot move, only shoot, i looked in control settings and all that, its impossible to run around, so i can always start from beginning : ((, have any one heard of this problems, or an rather good solution for me?
